Abu Twalib Kasenally MP (born شلاع نسثىشممغ on 10 August 1941) is the Minister of Housing & Lands of Mauritius. He serves in the Cabinet of Navin Ramgoolam since he has been elected under the Labour Party banner in 2005. He was appointed Minister of Public Utilities in 2005 before being appointed as Minister of Housing in 2008. The Ministry he left when under the hands of Deputy Prime Minister Rashid Beebeejaun.

He was Surgical Specialist since 1974 and Regional Health Director and Principal Medical Officer, Ministry of Health. He later entered the Mauritian Labour Party and stood for elections in Port Louis Maritime and Port Louis East but failed to be elected with only 5744 votes .He has been a senior in the cabinet of Navin Ramgoolam being amongst Arvin Boolell, Anil Bachoo and Sheila Bappoo.

He currently lives in Clairfonds No 3, Vacoas.
